Who is responsible
TopLabs is a non-commercial project run by two private individuals, ItzNixyy & f1rst, who act as joint data controllers under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
You can reach us about anything privacy-related at toplabs-support@libero.it.
What we collect
Nothing directly. This site has no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter, no comments, no analytics, no advertising and no social media plugins. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain, so visiting a page does not contact any third party.
Technical logs kept by our host
When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare, Inc. automatically records standard technical data in its server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system (user agent), referring page and response status.
Purpose: delivering the site and protecting it from abuse and attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you, build profiles or track you, and we only look at it if we need to investigate a security problem.
Retention: logs are kept for the short period set by the hosting provider and then deleted automatically.
Preferences stored in your browser
If you switch theme or language, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Details are in the cookie policy.
When you contact us
Support happens on Discord and GitHub. Those are independent services with their own privacy policies; they act as separate controllers for what you post there. We only see what you choose to share (for example your username and message) and use it solely to answer you and fix the problem.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.
Links to other sites
Links to GitHub, Discord and other sites take you off this website. From that moment their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
Who receives data
Only our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the technical logs on our behalf as a data processor (art. 28 GDPR). We never sell, rent or share personal data with anyone else. Its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
If the hosting provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so only under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (arts. 45 and 46 GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, receive it in a portable format (arts. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to toplabs-support@libero.it; we answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Other things you should know
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling. You are not required to give us any personal data; the technical logs are simply part of how websites are delivered.
This site is not directed at children and knowingly collects nothing from them.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
